In the summer of the 1880´s, a health magazine was launched in Norway. The first newspaper was published in 1881 and was well received in a market where health issues became more and more important.Eventually it also spread to Sweden and a more conscious view of the healthy lifestyle emerged.
The status of the magazine grew as well-known health profiles with a medical background were appointed as
editors, both in Sweden and in Norway.
Now, a little more than 130 years later, it is seen that research on the connection between the right diet and health has not changed significantly. What is still remarkable is that people's lifestyles have not improved much.
Health trends come and go and even though we read more about being healthy today, our diet is deteriorating.
I found more treasures among all these magazines, like an American fashion magazine printed in the 1960s. It gives you the hottest tips from the 60s on beauty, fashion, style and what’s both practical and stylish in the world of fashion.

Movies Star cards are collectible pictures of famous movie stars from 1950-1983. It was small cards whit different actor.
Movies Star cards were very popular between the 1950s and 1960s, but they have occasionally reappeared in different periods in recent times as well. In addition to film images, there are also collector images with other famous types of people such as athletes and fantasy figures.
Of course I found old Movie Stars in my mother's old desk! So now they will become different kinds of products.
